To ensure a smooth arrival, we offer complimentary transportation from Korčula Port to Korčula Hill upon check-in, as well as a return transfer to the port upon departure. Guests are kindly asked to provide arrival details in advance for this service.

Our reception is located on-site and operates daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM during the season. In the pre- and post-season, reception hours are shorter, with availability by prior arrangement during other times of the year. Upon arrival, guests receive their keys, property details, and any assistance needed with booking activities or services.

Guests traveling by car are provided with a designated parking space in the garage of their respective building. While most buildings have elevators, exceptions include Olive and Green Hill buildings.

Housekeeping services, including linen changes, are not included in the standard booking rate but can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. We also offer laundry and ironing services as optional extras to make your stay more convenient.
